• Denizbank: As a key player in the digital transformation team, I led the design and decision-making phases for various digital channels, including internet, mobile, call center, and ATM. My leadership resulted in improved customer experience and operational efficiency.

• HSBC Turkey: I managed the online banking, call center & IVR teams, and mobile banking infrastructure teams. My role involved strategic planning, team management, and overseeing the implementation of various banking solutions.

• Bank Audi Lebanon: I championed the use of open-source technologies such as Elastic, Redis, RabbitMq, and containerization. This initiative significantly improved the bank's technological agility and cost efficiency.

Key Achievements

One of my proudest achievements is the design and publication of Intertech's Open Banking API Solution, inter-API. This solution is now widely used in Mobile Banking Apps and Fintech Integrations, marking a significant contribution to the digital banking landscape.
